| Email Studio includes dozens of new features and a completely new interface. Popular new features are described below:
New Features
- Even easier to use. Email Studio includes a completely new, wizard-driven interface to make managing your email marketing campaigns a breeze.
- Revamped look and feel. Email Studio boasts a completely new look, including new logo, name and product layout, which is consistent with our "2006" range of products.
- Major stability improvements. The core sending modules have been completely re-written from scratch, and sending has been tested successfully with over 500,000 subscribers.
- Cross-browser support. Email Studio works with all common web browsers, including Internet Explorer, Mozilla and other gecko-based browsers.
- Send and schedule newsletters via cron. Now newsletters, as well as autoresponders can be sent and scheduled without leaving your browser open.
- New WYSIWYG HTML editor. Now newsletters and templates can be created in all common web browsers using Email Studio's slicker built-in HTML editor.
- New image manager. Upload images and view them immediately in your newsletters with SendStudio's integrated image manager.
- Upload and send attachments. Newsletters, templates and autoresponders all include full support for adding and sending attachments.
- Send via your mail server. With Email Studio you can specify your our SMTP server when sending newsletters.
- Filter autoresponder recipients based on custom fields. For example, only send a specific autoresponder to a subscriber that has set their sex to 'female' .
- More powerful statistics. View subscriber stats, link-click stats and number of emails sent for each user.
- Easier subscriber deletion. Remove subscribers in bulk, either by pasting in a list or by uploading a file.
- Import subscribers from an existing database. Simply supply the database login details, choose which fields to map and SendStudio takes care of the importing.
- Update subscribers via file upload. Instead of editing each subscriber individually, you can now upload updated subscriber details in bulk.
- Customize subscription forms. Choose which custom fields appear on each subscription form that you create.
- Notification via email. Be notified via email when someone joins or leaves a mailing list.
- New custom field types. Instead of just text boxes, you can also create date, number and multiple check box custom fields.
- Upload from desktop. Now you can upload newsletters, templates and autoresponders from your PC.
- Remote template loading. Load an existing template from a remote URL instead of creating it in the HTML editor.
- Automatic link tracking. All links in your newsletter can be tracked for click-thru stats which you can then view and download.
- Customize subscription emails. Specify the name and email address that all subscribe/unsubscribe confirmation emails come from for each user.
