Email Studio Installation

The Email Studio installation process is quick and simple. By following the step by step online wizard, Email Studio can be setup in less than 2 minutes.

Creating a Mailing List

To create a mailing list, simply click on the "Lists" button from the menu. With each list, you can tell Email Studio whether or not it can accept subscriptions and unsubscriptions, and also define which newsletter formats it can send (text, HTML or both).

Importing Subscribers

You can import subscribers from any application that supports the CSV format, such as MS Access, Excel, or even Outlook, as well as from a database or email account.

Creating a Multi-Part (Text and HTML) Newsletter

With Email Studio, you can create text only, HTML only, or multi-part newsletters. When you create a multi-part newsletter, the recipients email client will decide which email format works best and show it automatically!

Inserting Custom Fields Into an Email

You can create custom fields for subscribers to fill out when they subscribe to your mailing list. You can then include these in the actual content of your email, and they will be replaced with each subscribers unique value when you send your email from Email Studio.

Email Studio Bounce Handler

Handling bounced emails is a snap with Email Studio. When you send a newsletter, you simply specify the email address to send bounced emails to, and Email Studio handles the rest -- including 1-click bounce management!

Auto-Archiving Newsletters

If enabled from the settings page, Email Studio can automagically archive all newsletters that you send to your mailing lists. When you send a newsletter, Email Studio will place a copy in the /Email Studio/archive folder. You can then link to the archive folder from your website to let visitors see previous issues of your newsletters, special offers, etc. The archive is rebrandable too!

Scheduling an Autoresponder

Email Studio allows you to create an unlimited number of autoresponders per mailing list. For example, you could create one to go out 1 hour after a visitor subscribes to your mailing list, then another after 5 hours, then another after 48 hours, etc.

Generating Subscription Forms

Easily create subscribe and unsubscribe forms from the Email Studio control panel, which you can then place on your website. The look of the forms can easily be changed to match the look of your website!

Email Studio generates 6 different types of reports for each mailing list: newsletter send stats, subscriber stats, subscriber dates, autoresponder stats, user stats and mailing list stats.

Creating a Newsletter Template

Create re-useable newsletter templates with Email Studio. Then, when you create a newsletter, you can have Email Studio automatically load this template into the editor. Template are a great idea for newsletters that require the same layout, but contain different content!
